Phi Chay (pronounced “p-chai”) Translates to “older brother” in Thai.
Meet Chong, owner and in-house chef of Phi Chay. Taking over from the trusty hands of Supatra in the beginning of 2020, Chef Chong works to preserve the Thai experience that has served the community at West 7th and beyond with his charming family-run establishment.
